Students from the campus, se- lected by their teachers for excellent referrals, were invited to join Currie in a cooking demonstration. They also participated in cooking a recipe that Currie may incorporate into the school lunch menu. This program gives students an opportunity to tour the kitchens, meet their cafe staff and learn a nutritional topic. At the end of the event, each student can offer a sample of their creation to their favorite teacher or campus administrator.
