TO~ebad there are no play offs at Junior Varsity level, because there is no stopping these girls! The Hays JV Lady Rebels ended their season Tuesday evening, Feb. 4, with a 43-11 win over Akins High JV. The team beat all their district opponents not once, but twice, making their record a perfect 14-0. Other oppo- nents included Bowie, Westlake, Crockett, Seguin, Austin High, and San Marcos. (photo by Amy Pena) The Wallace Rangers Boys District Championship last asketball "A' Team rode a week with a convincing win 52-31 season-ending win over Cedar Creek to clinch the District Championship with a 9- 1 season record (6-1 district). They wrapped up their basketball season with a 7-0 district win and a 15-0 over all wins. Their coach couldn't be prouder of the girls' perfor- mance this year; they are a great group of athletes.
