COURTESY PHOTO Diamond Dawgs dominate Texas A&M Corpus Christi tourney Earlier this month, the Line Drive Academy (LDA) Diamond Dawgs baseball team dominated competition at a tournament on the campus of Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Comprising of 17- and 18-year old players from area high schools, including Lehman and Hays, the Dawgs finished the weekend 6-0. The team defeated the Centex Prospects in the title game to clinch the tournament championship. LDA now sports an overall record of 16-2-1, with a 13 game win streak.
