Wimberley Junior DeputyAcademy graduates Hays County Sheriff's Offi(e held it's 2003 Wimberley Junior Deputy Academy at the Wimberley VFW with the graduation on July 11, 2003. The Junior Deputy Academy is a fun filled weeklong program that makes kids aware of what the Sheriff's Office does while teaching them that they can communicate with law enforcement officers. Along with the deputies, the Wimberley Fire Department, EMS, and a Critical Air helicopter come to explain their jobs as emergency responders.
