Check out their website for times and details www. kylelibrary.com. And while you're checking out websites, head on over to www.haysfreepress.com and click on the calendar icon. We've started to amp up the listings and you would be amazed at all the cool stuff going on in the area. You just need to get into the habit of checking it out as you make your plans for the week and weekend. Let us know if you hear of anything fun going on and we'll add it to the list. Thankfully, we're not in no- man's-land anymore. Speaking of which, it looks like we've got district-wide auditions for the musical "Hairspray" on Tuesday, Sept. 21 from 4-8 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center. The catch? Everyone (students and faculty alike) should be prepared to sing a short ex- cerpt from the musical so get on over to the PAC this week, 268-8443, pick up a copy of the songs and get ready to belt one out. Finally, please take note that I put the wrong date for Councilmember Pickett's Town Hall Meeting in the cap endar last week. It is actually Sept. 15 at 7 p.m. at Kyle City Hall. There's also a council meeting scheduled for next Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. Ironically, although the city's on-line home page looks pretty current on its listings, their calendar information ends in Sept. of 2009. Hope- fully I'm the only one looking. iI ...... :ii!i!!iii!iii : 'ii~ ~ ~, :~ The Kyle Cemetery Association Board of Trustees would like to invite lot owners, relatives and friends of owners and those interested in the Kyle Cemetery to a called gathering on Saturday, September 25 at 3 p.m. at the cemetery.
